We placed our order with the app, but our food was not ready when I arrived. They didn't even begin making it. The people that walked in the store right before me received their food and were eating while I continued waiting.... the app is useless. Clerk was Rude.

Tonight this location got a pretty large rush all at once. I wanted to give a shout out to the team member with the beautiful tattoo on her arm. Way to go! I am unaware of the position you hold but I hope it is management! Those young boys back on the line were struggling and getting frustrated and made sure they knew they can do this! You were continually shouting out little encouragements out to them back there. Reminding them to “just take it one order at a time” and then on top of that you jumping back there with them when you could tell they could use some support! Coming from a GM of a franchise I want you to know that not only are you a star employee you are a wonderful teammate! Good job tonight!

I usually would give a great review but last time I placed an ordered they canceled my order with no warning 5 minutes before I pick up order. I called and was put on hold and was told my order was canceled. I was upset cause I was picking up my dinner. I said so your telling me I have nothing to eat. Thanks …thanks a lot. Don’t know if the teen on the other end was clueless or being mean he said oh your welcome. I hung on him. Yep have not been back since. Use to go often. The food is good but you may or may not have an order when you pick up. The hours also change without notice too.

Good customer service, young lady at the register took extra steps to make us understand some menu items since it was our first time ,made some suggestions. The food was just okay, but to be honest nothing was outstanding to make me visit noodles and Co again . And please remove the cilantro that you guys put generously on every dish you serve .

Happy we finally have a Noodles in Joliet! The food is great for the price, more expensive than your dine-n-go options but the quality is worth the extra bucks! The employees I have interacted with are very friendly and check up on your table even though they are not waiters. I requested a box and bowl for my soup and salad and one young lady came back with both, as well as extra crackers, plastic silverware and a bag!
